Medal of honor to student Ligia

Our master’s student Ligia who won an honor, the Municipal Medal of Protection and Civil Defense “Laurita Pedroso de Oliveira”, from the municipality of Barra Velha. Ligia develops research in the area of coastal erosion and aims to understand coastal erosion in that municipality, research is important not only for understanding the coastal processes in the region, but also for the proper management of the dangers in the area.
